CSPECS gives manufacturers the ability to cost-effectively and efficiently deliver the right information about their products to all the members of the construction project process, saving time and money for all involved.

FOUNDING OF COMPANY

Construction Specs, Incorporated was founded by individuals within the construction and building materials industry who set out to create the most comprehensive online database of building materials. The site allows industry professionals, like our founders, to find the right product to design, build, and finish jobs.

Construction Specs is the only non-biased information source for construction industry professionals to locate specific products and to become informed about new and innovative products within the industry.

Construction Specs has designed and implemented "The Specification Channel" which is a specification system to bring the updated details of products to the end users on a consistent basis.

MANAGEMENT/BOARD 

The management and operations team bring more than 200 years of construction and building products experience. The individuals who comprise the operational structure of Construction Specs have knowledge in all scopes of the construction and building products industries.

From expertise in drawing plans to project management  to two former officers in major building product manufacturing companies, the management team understands the major industry concerns and addresses the most significant information flow challenges in the industry.

The Board of Directors consists of very diverse, knowledgeable, and experienced group of individuals. Each has extensive recognition in their respective fields of construction management, architectural, sales, financial, marketing, and search logarithm.
